The constant companion for quiet times that has kept me saneโ€ฆalmost ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜ƒ!

I have used Tarot (a reflection of the human psyche & spiritual journey) for years. It never fails to inspire me or encourage me to go deeper.

Yesterdayโ€™s card is about of leaving the old version of you behind, because thereโ€™s a new one emerging. Declutter your life & make space for the new!

There will no doubt be an โ€˜evilโ€™ villain โ€“ this could be interpreted as our ego.

It never leaves us, nor do we want it to because the ego also keeps us from leaving the house with no clothes on or running off the edge of cliff.ย ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

These two random examples combined sound like a nudist colony with extreme sporting activities!ย ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Back to the point - the ego can be trained, we must โ€˜grow it back upโ€™ from the subconscious patterns it absorbed to keep us safe a long time ago.

Otherwise, it runs riot & perpetuates the stories of survival that hold us hostage.

Interestingly, at an actual pantomime, we love the โ€˜evilโ€™ villain!ย ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

They are part of the story & we get to โ€œBoooooooooooโ€ out loud at the naughty character.

We love that too; itโ€™s all part of the fun!

It is worth noting that the villain never wins and we tend to know that already.
