Today I admitted defeat… I can’t go on any longer without making a change! 😅

Today is the day I finally ordered a pair of occupational lenses, optiFORM Office, of course.

I work in a variety of places and spend a lot of time on my laptop. While my progressive lenses (optiFORM Dual) are amazing, I’ve realised I need something a little more task-orientated for my working day.

Any excuse for new glasses!
I can’t wait to share my experience with you once they arrive.

There aren’t many benefits to ageing, but being able to test our entire optiFORM range is definitely one of them!

Our Story

In 2011 the business underwent a transformation that included the appointment of a new Managing Director and the creation of a purpose-built laboratory facility. The laboratory uses state-of-the-art surfacing, polishing, cleaning and lacquering technology together with some of the industry’s most advanced processes and equipment to ensure a consistently high quality service.

In addition to developing and manufacturing its own brands, Optimum also supplies leading branded lenses too – providing a convenient and cost-effective one-stop-shop for customers. We’re one of only a small number of independent laboratories in UK to do this. That’s why Optimum has grown into the lens coating supplier of choice for both independent opticians and well-known, high street ophthalmic stores.

As well as our commitment to quality, our processes also ensure efficiency. On average 90% of all orders are coated and dispatched by the next working day. We can also offer an even speedier, express delivery service to fulfil any urgent requests.

Through hard work and our excellent reputation, we now work in every corner of the UK – with opticians and laboratories alike.
