🦷 Help Us Reduce Missed Appointments!

We completely understand that plans can change — but if you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient in need.

Last month we had:
❌ 29 failed-to-attend appointments
❌ 38 short-notice cancellations

⏱️ This added up to 26 hours and 40 minutes of lost clinical time.

These missed appointments make it harder for us to keep waiting times low and ensure everyone gets the care they need.
