Our April 11th date sold out before we even had the chance to share it here, so we’re adding a second date this month on Sunday 26th April 🙌

The invitation is to join myself and Frazer from Seaside Sauna for a 2.5-hour immersion blending soothing sound healing with a blissful beach sauna experience.

We’ll begin with a calming soundbath to soften the mind, settle the nervous system, and invite deep rest. Afterwards, we head across the road to step into the warmth of the sauna with Frazer, followed by the invigorating option of a cold plunge or sea dip to awaken and energise your whole being. Face and body scrubs are available as an optional add-on for anyone wanting an extra touch of nourishment.

This offering is intentionally small, with only 6 spots available and as you can see, they go fast! 😊
