Investing and testing is half the battle. Test, treat, retest.
Sports Therapy isn't just massage, its taking the time to look into the "why" why is your body behaving the way it is. What's not pulling it's weight?
Tissue work, spinal work, exercises, stretches, PT, breathwork, or, sometimes just listening to someone for a while and help them understand their own stresses, in order to help get them where they need to go.

Poor posture, back pain, butt wink, squat issues, the list goes on.
Lots of this can be cured with solid glutes and core.
(That doesn't mean sit ups)
Lots of people can often disengage their core and allow that stress to pass over to other structures within the body.
This is apparent worh people that round their back during a squat.

An easy thing to remember is to tuck the tailbone, keep it tucked, and pull in the belly button (naval) for proper engagement.

Knee pain

ITB helps track the knee.
But.....foam rolling won't do too much to help.

Its hard and tough and unyielding.

Instead, release the hip flexore and glute, which in turn will release the tension in the ITb helping the knee track better.
