💁🏻♀️ How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand tall, hold onto a wall or chair for balance.
2️⃣ Slightly bend your supporting leg and engage your core.
3️⃣ Drive the working leg back and slightly out - think about pushing your heel to the wall behind you.
4️⃣ Pause for 1–2 seconds at the top, feel the squeeze in your glute.
5️⃣ Slowly return to start.
