Exmouth marathon today part of the 4 runs in 4 days not planning to do them

I was too tired to write anything yesterday. Plym Trail marathon on Sunday (and for the really enthusiastic a Saturday too) with some in fancy dress and some celebrating 50 or 100. My breakfast of ham slices plus choc milkshake set me up then the pvc jacket kept the rain off. Second lap dry, jacket off. Very pretty event, waterfalls. Views from viaducts and steam train (plymrail). I seemed to be last again, ‘must train more’ Leg pains nearly gone after one day rest massage and little run

Running plym trail on 10th Dec. A subtle slope with some waterfalls and viaducts plus a wee Santa steam train

Best of luck Tim, strength and determination enough to help you over the forty thousand or more steps before you see the finish. Raise lots for the charity too. We don’t know how lucky we are to have eye sight. Go on !

Saturday 18th marathon with a friendly crowd inc 2 blind ones. I am smiling Because I can rest. Not enough training osteo kept me injury free thankfully
