Halloween is out the way and we’re ready for the festive season. ✨🎄
While everyone else is getting dressed up for work parties, we thought the hardest-working people we know deserved their own celebration. ❤️

Join us for a Festive Afternoon Tea for Mums. No agenda. No workshops. No pressure to be “on.” Just warm drinks, good food, and the company of women who understand that sometimes the greatest gift is simply being seen and held by your community. 🤍

What to expect:

Pregnant and wanting to feel more prepared for birth? This is your final call to join my Movement for Birth Workshop this weekend.

The is a yoga based workshop that focuses on learning simple, practical movements you can use in labour to help your baby’s journey into the world feel smoother and more supported.

✨ Movements that open the pelvis and create space
✨ Releasing (not just tightening!) the pelvic floor
✨ Breathing techniques for every stage of labour
✨ Meditation practices to build your confidence
✨ Birthing ball practices you’ll actually use 🟣

We’ll finish with a deep relaxation, then tea, cake, plus a good chat with other mums-to-be 🍰☕

If you’ve ever thought any of these, you’re definitely not the only one — they’re the most common myths I hear about starting a yoga practice.

Here’s the truth:
✨ You don’t need to touch your toes — yoga is about calming the mind, and movement is just one way we get there.
✨ You don’t need to know what you’re doing — in class I always encourage you to move at your own pace. If you’re “behind,” be behind. If you know what’s coming and want to flow ahead, be ahead. There’s no doing it wrong — it’s just about breathing and moving.
✨ You won’t be the only beginner — this block is designed for people starting fresh, with a friendly group right alongside you.

Our Beginners Vinyasa Yoga block is all about moving, breathing, and finding a little calm each week — with a fun, relaxed community.

Pregnant? This workshop is all about learning how to move your body through labour so you feel confident, supported, and ready to help your baby’s journey into the world.

✨ Explore movements that open the pelvis and create space for baby
✨ Learn how to soften and release the pelvic floor (that’s right, it’s not just about the squeeze!)
✨ Discover how breath can guide and support you in each stage of labour
✨ Practise with the birthing ball — your new best friend in pregnancy + birth 🟣

Rooted in yoga principles, you’ll move, breathe, and tune into your body. We’ll finish with a guided relaxation to leave you calm and centred, before tea, cake, and a good chat with other mums-to-be. 🍰☕

Saturday 26th July | 9:30–11:30am

Pregnant and wondering how to actually move during labour? This yoga-based workshop is designed to prepare your body and your mind for birth.

We’ll explore:
✨ How to open the pelvis and create space for baby
✨ Using your birthing ball with purpose
✨ Positions for labour that support your body
✨ Breathing techniques to ease intensity
✨ Releasing and softening the pelvic floor

We’ll end with deep relaxation and visualisation to leave you feeling calm, confident and connected.

And after class? Stick around for coffee, cake and connection — a chance to ask questions, meet other mums-to-be and feel part of the warm, non-judgemental community we’re creating at Laura Neish Yoga. 💛
