After 32 years of being a chartered physiotherapist, I feel as grateful today as I always have for having a passion and love for what I do …..!🥰

I will be open until the 23rd December and will be opening clinic on the Saturday 27th, Monday 29th, 30th and morning of the 31st, if you are in need of physiotherapy over the Christmas period. I will return to normal hours on the 5th January.

For me, it is awesome to get the benefits of post operative physiotherapy recognised .
Surgery is the starting point, the first couple of weeks post surgery are pivotal in gaining the maximal potential of your new joint.
Working with a physio at this time, often only a couple of sessions, can help gain the confidence to push through, reassurance that what you are doing will be beneficial although tough initially.
Expert advice and help to restore a normal walking pattern is also essential. From my experience, patients who start their recovery with a poor walking pattern will often not reach their optimal potential.
Most importantly, I feel so grateful for the kind words recognising my commitment to my patients.
