A reminder that we are now operating our winter opening hours and the Guild Hall at Cowane's Hospital, including the free John Cowane exhibition, will be open as follows until Spring 2026:

Sunday, Monday & Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - Open 10am to 2pm
Saturday - Open by appointment only

Strength, courage, heartbreak, vulnerability. My take home from this is communication. I often get told that a benefit of therapy is a space to be able to talk to someone, outside of close family and friends. That can often be too hard.
