Many thanks to Ray Young for our Remembrance Day Service and Linda Whitby for leading the prayer.
Resident Jim Laurie read The Kohina Epitaph following a 2 minute silence and Care Supervisor, Figgy, read 1st Corinthians.

"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them."

This did not interrupt our usual weekly activities, and our ladies and gentlemen enjoyed their regular activities, such as chair exercises with KA Leisure, flower arranging, dressing up in Halloween costumes, discussions with the CMT , crafting ( which included making, colouring and designing poppies) and brass rubbing and cleaning.
