Reflexology has been part of my life for 26 years now… and it still holds such a special place in my work 🩵

Over the years, I’ve added many different therapies to offer -Soul Plan, Soul Transformation Therapy, Silent Counselling, Past Life Regression, and more. These courses ‘showed up’ at the right time for me and I have benefited greatly from them too in my personal growth.

I’m still seeing clients for reflexology, although appointments are now booking a few weeks in advance.
There’s something so deeply calming and restorative about reflexology - a quieter way of allowing the body to reset, rebalance, and release what it’s been holding.

The benefits can be truly amazing… from deep relaxation and better sleep, to easing tension and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. But more than anything, it gives you the space to simply be — something we don’t often allow ourselves in today’s busy world.

You will also be aware of their possible talents and latent potentials such as:
Creative abilities, Business acumen, unusual intelligence, Leadership skills, Teaching abilities, The ability to be a counsellor / therapist, Innate spirituality, Healing potential, psychic/clairvoyant gifts, the ability to create a physical structure, Writing, singing or acting talents.
