There’s so much that we experience in our lifetime. Insecurity, trust issues, abuse, anger issues, ungrounded, denial of spirituality, self critical or critical of others, perfectionism, love and compassion, adaptability, fear of failire, success, great desire to learn and teach, neglect, self destruction, generosity, healing and counselling, boundaries, procrastination, fear of the unknown, presenting a facade, magnetic, reliable, emotional toxicity, detached, loyal, shame, guilt, over thinker, intuitive, helping others, ups and downs of mood, stubborn, creative, versatile, inquisitive, self importance, impatient, and so much more.

So often in life we carry so many layers - expectations, roles, responsibilities - that we lose sight of who we truly are beneath it all.
