The time has come for me to implement a price increase and this will take effect from 1st January 2026. This will be on Massage-based and Facial-based treatments only. Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions with me will stay at their current prices respectively, for the foreseeable future.

There will also be some amendments to my booking terms and conditions in order to keep my business at the Shakra Centre sustainable.

All details will be advised in due course on my social media platforms, my Google Business profile, and via individual bookings.

I want to thank you all for your continued loyalty and support - it means so much. I am deeply grateful that throughout 2025, you chose me as your go-to therapist for your self-care needs.

Doing something small every day that you know will bring you joy, is a great habit. Even if you think you don't have time (and I have those days!), put yourself first, even if it's just for fifteen minutes. For example, take a nice warm bath ๐Ÿ›€. Pop in those indulgent bath salts and take in the gorgeous aroma, noting how the combination of essential oils are making you feel. Pop on a nourishing face mask whilst you are in the bath and feel your skin's thirst melting away. Being mindful and creating a self-care ritual for 15+ minutes, can really help to balance your mind and soothe away any stresses. โ˜๏ธ
