🌟 Welcome to the Team, Lauren Bell! 🌟
We’re delighted to welcome Lauren Bell to the team as our newest Casual Funeral Service Operative.
Lauren enjoys travelling and taking part in all things active, and joined us in search of a new challenge. After researching the industry, she felt that Dignity was the right place to grow — and we’re thrilled she chose to join us.
Since starting, Lauren has embraced the role wholeheartedly. She shared that she enjoys the variety each day brings, the different aspects of the job, and the unique challenges that come with supporting families. She describes it as a privilege to offer guidance to people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Lauren has already found the role incredibly rewarding, especially seeing the genuine respect and dignity shown by colleagues to those in our care — something she is proud to now be part of.
Welcome, Lauren — we’re so pleased to have you with us 💛

Our Funeral Service Specialist Gayle proudly presented our FSO Olivia with a donation towards a charity very close to Olivia’s heart — The Beatson Cancer Charity, where Olivia’s sister Brooke bravely fought Hodgkin’s lymphoma and rang the bell last week after showing incredible strength throughout her battle.
This May, Olivia will be taking on the Edinburgh Half Marathon in honour of her chosen charity. We are incredibly proud of Olivia for doing this in support of her sister, and equally proud of Brooke for her courage and determination every step of the way.
Good luck on your run, Olivia. And to Brooke — we’re sending all our well wishes. Keep fighting with the same bravery that inspires everyone around you 💛
