🔥 3 WISE MEN DAY RETREAT 🔥

A space for men to reset, release and reconnect.

Something powerful is beginning at The Healing Centre. Three men coming together to hold space for other men who are ready to shift things, ground themselves and reconnect with their inner strength.

This retreat will now run monthly with:
🧘‍♂️ Stephen Murray Wellbeing
🐸 Stephen Kambo in Scotland
🍄 Jim Carnivore Skin Care

Together they’re creating a space where men can move through trauma, pain and life’s pressures while reconnecting with the warrior within — not the angry warrior, but the grounded, steady one. The man who stands strong, protects his peace and reconnects with his inner child at the same time.
No fluff. No ego. Just real work, real medicine and real brotherhood.

🐸✨ Kambo Yoga Flow tonight – 6pm ✨🐸

Tonight we flow, stretch and shake off the day with our Kambo Yoga Flow at The Healing Centre.

This is a gentle but powerful practice where we move the body, open the breath and release tension. For those who feel called, there is also the option of a Kambo microdose, which often brings a deep sense of movement, clarity and energy through the body.

Sometimes the soul just needs the sea and the wind for a minute. 🌊

I took a wee trip over to Raasay to my beautiful friend Lisa because I’ve been carrying a lot in my heart lately. Grief has a way of sitting heavy, and sometimes the only medicine is stepping away for a moment and letting nature hold you.

My beautuful friend Fi always used to say to take these wee adventures whenever you can… so that’s exactly what I did.

Over a couple of days I let my inner child run free, cacao in hand, connecting with Mama Cannabis, eating good food, wandering the shore collecting rocks and fossils like a curious wee soul again. Visiting Lisa’s land, breathing the island air, remembering how healing it is to just slow down.

And now I’m back where I belong… home in the shire with my babies and my community. 💚

Since returning I’ve been right back in the heart of it all at The Healing Centre, holding space for my beautiful clients, sharing a powerful goddess ceremony, and today even celebrating a lovely hen party with some incredible souls.
My cup feels full again.

Sometimes the medicine is simply stepping away for a moment… so you can come back even more grateful for the life and people waiting for you.

Grateful for the journey. Grateful for the tribe. Grateful for this life. ✨🌿

🌸🎶 HARE KRISHNA MUSIC GATHERING 🎶🌸

We’re delighted to welcome the Hare Krishna musicians back to The Healing Centre this Sunday 22nd March from 3–6pm for a beautiful afternoon of music, chanting and community.

These gatherings are always such a lovely vibe, uplifting devotional music, joyful energy and a chance to simply sit, sing along, relax or bring the family and enjoy the atmosphere together.

I reckon embodiment is the big shift when it comes to more effective stress relief.

Putting the focus on feeling first.

I’m so excited to be opening space for a G***a Reiki Level 1 training where you’ll be initiated into this beautiful healing energy and begin your own journey as an energy healer.

G***a Reiki blends traditional Reiki with plant medicine wisdom and the endocannabinoid system, helping us reconnect to our natural state of balance, intuition and compassion.
During the afternoon you will:

✨ Receive your G***a Reiki Level 1 attunement
✨ Learn how to channel Reiki energy for self healing and others
✨ Work with the chakra system and G***a Reiki symbols
✨ Learn grounding, protection and intuitive healing techniques
✨ Practise hands-on healing with others in the group

The centre will be closed Sunday and Monday while we take a wee pause.

We’ll reopen Tuesday 11am–3pm with Fee holding the space at the shop 💚

🧘‍♀️ Tuesday evening Yoga Flow will be off this week as Claire is taking a few days on the beautiful Isle of Raasay for some much-needed healing and reset after a very busy year.

Our beautiful Fee has begun a powerful journey to cleanse her lungs and gently step away from smoking — using the natural remedies from our Apothecary at The Healing Centre.
Instead of harsh pressure or guilt, she’s choosing plant medicine, herbs, breath, and self-love to support her body as it heals. 🌱

Watching someone choose wellness and honour their body is such a beautiful thing. The lungs are incredible healers when we give them the right support… and nature has always provided the medicine.
