There’s something about sitting in the chair with a full head of foils that makes you feel a bit exposed!

It reminded me of how many of my clients open up during their reflexology sessions. You come in to relax, but often end up sharing what’s been weighing on you. The stress, the worries, the emotions you’ve been holding in.
