1 tbsp of coconut oil
cup of black coffee

If you are like me and get fed up thinking what everyone is eating for dinner then try something different like this Miso Ramen with Beef

Ingredients
250 g ready to heat noodles
1tbsp sesame oil
200g mixed mushrooms
1 carrot cut finely into matchsticks
2.5cm of ginger root
2 garlic cloves
1 litre of beef bone broth ( 10 portions of Spear & Arrow added to 1Litre of boiling water)2 tbsp miso paste
200g pak choi
bunch spring onions thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lime
1tbsp soy sauce
450g of rump steak cut thinly
corriander

Method

Heat the sesame oil in a large pan, add the mushrooms and carrots. Cook briskly stirring and tossing for approx 3 mins. Stir in the ginger and garlic.
Add the hot broth stir in the miso paste and soy sauce Add a splash of chilli sauce if you like an added kick.
Add the pak choi, and spring onions cook for 2 mins ( do not cook too long or the ved will lose its bright green colour).
Heat the noodles

While the broth is cooking in a hot pan with a little oil stir fry the steak slices for a few minutes.
Divide the cooked noodles between 4 bowls and pour over the broth and veg. Arrange the beef over each bowl and sprinkle corriander.
