“Does this support the life I want to live?”

This is a question I keep asking myself as I move toward a life that feels more aligned with how I want to live.

I’m bringing awareness to the choices I make each day, and I can already feel the difference. I feel happier than I have in years.

Not because of dramatic changes, but because of small, aligned choices, one at a time, that are gently stacking up, forming new habits.

Simple things.

Committing to going to bed early so I can get up for my early morning movement.

Pausing to take a breath so I can respond from a more regulated nervous system.

Making my health and wellbeing non-negotiable and letting some to-do list tasks wait.

Smiling and laughing often.

Choosing a book over scrolling.

Rushing less.

Taking an extra-long hug from my daughters before leaving for school.

Taking time to really notice & appreciate the joy and beauty in everyday moments.

Nothing major or groundbreaking, but over time, these choices are making such a difference.

We have the power to make changes.
We can choose what serves us.
We can choose what supports the life we want to live.

Growth happens through consistency.

Not by showing up only when it feels good,
but by staying when it feels challenging.
When the body feels tight.
When the mind wants to rush or pull away.

Most growth doesn’t feel graceful while it’s happening.
It feels messy. Uncomfortable. Sometimes frustrating.

But staying. Breathing. Meeting yourself where you are,
without judgement.

It’s all part of the process of growth.

So if today’s practice feels hard,
it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
It might mean you’re exactly where you need to be.

I’m excited to reveal that Pilates is back, there’s a new Saturday morning Body Conditioning class, a Kids Yoga Half-Term special, a beautiful Vision Board event and lots more! Have a look and see what you fancy.

I feel like my life has been slipping out of alignment…

Lot’s of great things happened in 2025.
I learnt a lot.
I overcame challenges.
I grew in confidence.

But…

As I was moving through a year of growth, I often felt like I was surviving instead of thriving.

Managing a business.
Being mum to 3 young children.
Running a home…

I felt like I was just about keeping my head above water.

I know many of you can relate to the seemingly endless to-do list!

And to be honest, there were times in 2025 when I wasn’t actually enjoying life, because I felt overwhelmed and always pushed for time.

Sound familiar?

I’m not okay with this!
Life is way too short.
I want this year to be different.
I want to make changes.

This is why ‘alignment’ is my word of intention for 2026.

I’m taking one small step at a time towards a life that feels more aligned.

For me, that means making choices that support wellness of mind and body. And while I already do many of those things, I’m noticing that slowing down is the work. Less rushing, more awareness, and meeting life from a place of presence rather than reacting from urgency.

And here’s the thing… I’d love for you to come on this journey with me.

Let’s support and encourage each other to do one small thing each day that helps us feel 1% more aligned.

I’ll be sharing small, real moments here as I go. To gently encourage & remind you to join me in being 1% more aligned.
