One of life’s gentlemen 🙌🏻

Mark joined us last January, unhappy with how he felt and looked.

Mark admittedly didn’t like the gym - the same as lot of people who join us.

You see for us, it focus isn’t on weight loss alone ❌

First, we just help people to enjoy training.
When you enjoy it, you want to keep going.
Keep going, and you start to see results.

Long term consistency beats short term intensity every time, and Mark is now really reaping the rewards.

An absolute pleasure to have Mark in the gym, here’s to many more wins to come!

Our goal - to make you self sufficient enough in the gym that you never need us again, but to make you enjoy it so much that you stay 🙌🏻

That’s why Hilary, her husband Michael and her son Hugh have been with us for years.

It’s not one size fits all here.

We meet you where you’re at, genuinely.

We coach you at a pace that suits you.

You don’t have to keep up with anyone else.

You never have to worry about doing anything wrong or hurting yourself.

We take pride in coaching, which is why we work hard every day to continue to be better and better.

Another one of our fantastic members Kelly Dellar who has attended over 750 small group PT sessions with us - an incredible milestone to hit!

To put that into perspective, Kelly has consistently strength trained 2-3 times per week since August 2020, not to mention all of our cardio classes over the years too.

This is the sort of consistency that will pay dividends in years to come with strength, maintaining muscle mass and heart health 💪🏻

Well done Kelly! 👏🏻

We’re very lucky to have quite a few members who have been here from the very beginning - Karen is one of them.

Karen has been part of our journey since day one, and actually even before that, back when this all started with 1-1 coaching.

She’s seen it all with us - the first gym, lockdowns, Zoom workouts, outdoor sessions in all weather, the move into our new facility, the coaches, the changes - everything.

Along the way there have been children born, photoshoots, Hyrox races, and countless performance milestones. Through every stage, Karen has shown up, put the work in, and been a huge part of the community that makes this place what it is.

She has now attended well over 1,000 sessions with us - an incredible achievement and a reflection of the consistency and commitment she brings week after week.

Karen, thank you for being such a valued part of our community and for being with us through every chapter of the journey so far.

Declan works in one of the most demanding jobs there is.
Long shifts, unpredictable hours - physically and mentally draining.

It would be easy for fitness to fall to the bottom of the list.

And that’s exactly what happens to a lot of people with demanding jobs - health and training become something they’ll ‘get back to when things calm down.’

But the truth is, when your life and work demand a lot from you, looking after your health becomes even more important.

A few hours a week spent training isn’t just about getting fitter or stronger.
It’s about having the energy for long shifts, staying resilient under pressure, and being able to show up for the people who depend on you.

Your job. Your family. Your kids.

Strength and fitness aren’t just for the gym - they support everything else in life.

Declan has stayed consistent despite a tough schedule, and that consistency is exactly what keeps him strong enough to handle everything his role throws at him.

Busy doesn’t mean you don’t need it.

Often, it means you need it more.

A moment of appreciation for Maria Glenn 🙌🏻

Over 920 SGPT sessions since joining us in 2021. (And that doesn’t even include the larger group classes she regularly attends too!)

At 59 years young, Maria is a perfect example of what’s possible when you truly look after your health.

Still getting stronger.
Still moving incredibly well.
Still running.
Still progressing.
Fit. Healthy. Capable.

She’s completed multiple Hyrox races, alongside many other personal milestones.

But what stands out most?

Her consistency.
Not 6 weeks. Not a quick fix. Not “when she feels like it.”

Year after year of doing the basics really well.

That’s what builds strength in your 50s. That’s what keeps you independent. That’s what gives you energy.

Maria isn’t just training.

She’s investing in the next 20-30 years of her life.

And that’s something every woman should feel inspired by 👏🏻

Most people think they can’t strength train if they’re injured.

When infact it could well be the one thing you actually need.

It’s obviously very important to have the right guidance when it comes to working around injuries. That’s where expert coaching and programming comes in.

Don’t let injuries stop you from training. Getting strong and moving better is the one thing that will help you reduce the risk of injury 👊🏻

‘The benefits have been incredible’

Powerful stuff here from Karen.

Not only the increase in energy, but the ability to do those things such as playing with the grandkids - that’s why we do what we do.

Get stronger and move better and you improve the quality of your life - it’s that simple.

If you’re a beginner like Karen was and unsure of where to start, reach out and we’d be happy to help.

You don’t need complete overhaul. All or nothing doesn’t work.

You need a few fundamentals done consistently. Start here ⬇️

1. Strength train 2–3 times per week
Lift weights. With structure. With coaching. This isn’t about just turning up to the gym and doing random workouts. It’s about training safely, efficiently and progressively so you actually get stronger, without wasting your time or aggravating old niggles. 2-3 well coached sessions per week can completely change how your body feels.

2. Go to bed earlier
Less scrolling on your phone. No “one more episode.” How you feel today started last night. Sleep is where you recover, regulate hormones and restore energy. If you’re constantly tired, this is the simplest win you’re ignoring.

3. Drink more water
More energy. Better focus. Better training sessions. Easy way to start - fill a 1L bottle and aim to refill it twice. Keep it visible. Drink a glass before each meal.

And notice how we haven’t even mentioned nutrition yet.

Yes, it matters. But it’s also where people go all in, get overwhelmed, and fall off the wagon.

If that’s you, nail these three first.

Build consistency. Feel better. Create momentum.

Then layer in nutrition and extras once the basics are engrained.

Fads, quick fixes and extreme plans don’t work.

Sustainability is the key 🔑

Justin was stuck in a rut. Low on energy, making poor choices and generally not happy.

Far too many men feel like this daily 👎🏻

Work hard all day, beers for stress relief, bed late, tired the next day - it’s a vicious circle.

It doesn’t have to be like this.

By joining up to six week programme and becoming a member, Justin has more energy, is losing weight and feels great throughout the day 🙌🏻

If you’re reading this and you resonate - reach out. We can help turn it around 💪🏻

If you’re trusting a gym with your health - these things really matter…

- An onboarding session to show you around, discuss your past, assess your movements and get clear on the path moving forward

- Being coached through a programme that meets you where you’re currently at - tailored to you, your body type, and one that allows you to progress

- Enthusiastic coaches who make you want to be there, who know everything about you, and who genuinely care

Small group PT should feel personal, supportive and properly coached - not just like you’re being thrown into the deep end.
