Laura joined us around 2 years ago with some health concerns - high blood pressure, aches & pains and carrying some weight.

We get it.

You don’t need to live miserably or give up everything you enjoy.

But the people who achieve great things choose the hard stuff today.

And great doesn’t have to mean marathons or photoshoots.

It could be a beginner who kept showing up until the gym felt natural.

Or a 70 year old who built enough strength to balance with confidence.

Great is choosing what’s hard now, for something better later.

Hilary joined us a year ago feeling sluggish, demotivated and unhappy.

She took the leap after her son Hugh and husband Michael, who have both been with us for years, recommended joining.

We’re not here to just make you sweaty, give you a high five, and send you home.

We’re here to coach you - properly.

That means…

- Meeting you exactly where you’re at right now
- Building you up the right way, without rushing
- Taking time to teach you correct technique, even when it feels slow and a bit frustrating
- Holding high standards and keeping them high

You could teach a monkey to beast you through a workout and make you feel like you’ve worked hard.

But that’s not coaching.

You can make a gym look nice - clean, tidy, shiny machines, fancy lights.

But it’s like eating terrible food in a beautiful restaurant.

The setting might look good, but what you’re getting isn’t worth it.

Sure, we could throw you into a big class, make everyone do the same workout regardless of ability, let form slide, and have you doing exercises you’re not ready for.

You’d leave feeling good… temporarily.

But what really matters is quality training.

Expert guidance.

Personalised coaching that protects your body, fixes niggles, builds strength, and gets results that actually last.

We’re not here to cheerlead you through another workout.

We’re here to coach you into moving better, feeling better, and staying strong for years to come.

There’s a gym or a coach out there for everyone.

Just make sure there’s a proven track record that is constantly being refreshed.

We aren’t injury specialists, but we are great at coaching.

We have helped many men and woman reduce and in some cases even get rid of knee pain completely.

Movement is medicine, and with a well structured programme and a feedback loop with a coach, you can build and strengthen all those muscles around the knee in a safe manner, giving it the support it needs.

Don’t accept pain - in a lot of cases, it doesn’t have to be that way 👊🏻
