Earlier in the spring, I took over from Amy French Pilates classes at Fountainhall on a Friday morning.

It’s been such a pleasure to get back to in person teaching after 5 years teaching online.

I’ve since added another Monday evening class to the timetable.

We have a few spots free for anyone wishing to join us.

All abilities are welcome

It’s been forever since I shared anything here. Must try harder 😃
Lots has changed over the last 3 years since we moved down to the beautiful Scottish Borders.

Remedial and sports massage being offered in Lauders Body & Mind and Border Physiotherapy Clinic as well as online at home and in-person classes in Fountainhall village hall ( more on that soon ).

But for now I wanted to let you know about a new self myofascial release and stretch class with me thats starting at Border physio clinic on Monday at 5:30pm. This class will incorporate a mixture of spiky balls, bands and stretching.

Great for unlocking tight hips, back and neck. Reducing tension headaches, improving flexibility and range of motion as well as helping with general relaxation.

Classes limited to 8 people. All you need is your own mat. We’ll provide everything else.

Janice is an absolutely amazing lady who not that long ago just turned 70. For the 20+ years I’ve know her she’s always taken great care of her health and wellness. She’s been doing Yoga for many many years so I’m honoured that she’s decided to come to my online seasonal yoga class which runs on a Wednesday evening at 8pm.

As we’re in the most Yin time of year, this class is all about slowing down. We hold the postures with support to give the body space to open and respond. We open the class with breath work and awareness and close in deep relaxation.

I was so delighted to welcome my first clients today at Borders Body & Mind.
Absolutely lovely cosy space and I’m sooo excited ( well my back is 😃) to have an electric therapy couch back In my life after almost 3 years without one.

Im here on Wednesday afternoons and I have a first treatment special offer running for £40. Follow up sessions are £50.

⭐️ New Location News⭐️

Back in September we moved down to the lovely Scottish Borders and I’m really delighted to say I’m now going to be able to offer 1:1 appointments at Borders Body & Mind in Lauder on Wednesday afternoons.
