With the high levels of flu and Covid currently circulating in the community can we please ask that you wear a mask if you have a cough or other symptoms when visiting the pharmacy, especially if having a consultation. As this is an exceptionally busy time for the pharmacy just now, it would be much appreciated if prescriptions are ordered in plenty of time & that the 4 working days are allowed to give us adequate time to order stock and process the prescriptions. Also as there is an increase in consultation requests to see the pharmacists, it would be helpful, whenever possible, for patients to ring and make an appointment. This should hopefully when less waiting time for patients. Many thanks from all the pharmacy team.
