Classes have one more week to go and will have a break for the Summer, re-starting second week of September 2025. Beginners welcome in the new term to come and learn this wonderful art. Tai ji is learnt properly from the inside out as it is an internal martial art and is based on certain principles and learnt felt experiences. Starting with the body and relaxation as a focus, this leads to an appreciation of the Qi or energy. Then we learn to direct and work with this. This brings health, vitality and wellbeing plus eventually martial ability.
