All my classes are open to beginners at the moment. We have Tuesday Evening Tai Chi at 7pm at St Mary's Church hall where we shall learn a concise Tai Chi form to put our principles into. Same Wednesday mornings at 10am. Friday at 10am at Lifton Community Centre has my QiGong class - come and learn energy work. All my teachings are based on understanding the Qi or how we can get the energy to work for us.

Classes have one more week to go and will have a break for the Summer, re-starting second week of September 2025. Beginners welcome in the new term to come and learn this wonderful art. Tai ji is learnt properly from the inside out as it is an internal martial art and is based on certain principles and learnt felt experiences. Starting with the body and relaxation as a focus, this leads to an appreciation of the Qi or energy. Then we learn to direct and work with this. This brings health, vitality and wellbeing plus eventually martial ability.

Classes re-start this week, all welcome including people new to Tai Chi and QiGong. We have two classes at St Mary's Church Hall, Tuesday Evenings at 7pm and Wednesday Mornings at 10am. There is also a Friday morning QiGong class at Lifton Community Centre at 10am. Look forward to seeing you.

This is the last week of classes, all of them running, finishing with QiGong Friday 10am. Classes will resume on the following dates;

Tuesday Evening Tai Chi 7pm at St Mary's re-staring 7th January 25.
Wednesday Morning Tai Chi class at 10am re-starting 8th January
Friday morning QiGong class at 10.15am re-starting Friday 10th

Beginners, returners, intermediate advanced always welcome.

Tai Chi Classes re-start Tuesday 10th at 7pm and Wednesday 11th at 10am. Classes are open to beginners. We look at traditional form and the inner workings of Tai Chi. Tuesdays evenings class is followed by an extra Push hands class and Wednesday mornings by sword form, which we shall start re-learning form the beginning. Everyone welcome.

Classes are taking another break for the week of 1st July but will then run to the end of July, where we will break for Summer. September will see new classes in Sword Form available, if people are interested.
