Just a quick reminder to why I won’t do tinting with out a patch test. If you haven’t been in for a while or products change I will redo a patch test. The last thing any client needs is a reaction
Why Do I Patch Test My Clients?
‘ I’ve had my brows and lashes tinted before so I don’t need a patch test’
YES you do!
I will not perform a treatment that requires a patch test and the test needs to be done at least 24/48 hours before treatment.
Why 24/48 hrs before treatment?
Our bodies can take time to react to products and we are all so different. Sometimes a reaction may happen straight away, other times it can take a few hours.
REMEMBER
Even with a patch test, your body can ( overtime) reject the products and you may become allergic.
Different salons also use different products so one product may be fine another you may react too.
Patch testing is so important, severe cases of reaction can cause a client to be hospitalised.
Please make sure that you have a patch test wherever you go for treatments.

🙈 This goes for any tinting, eye lash extension or spray tanning please have patch test done first no one wants a reaction like this 🙈
Right now patch testing is a big topic of conversation especially since covid.
So I will be patch testing ALL clients, following manufacturers guidelines and advice from my insurance company. There are a few companies that are now saying we need to patch test for every treatment and if that protects you, my clients then I will be patch testing for every treatment. YOUR welfare is priority
