Anna Duke SNHS Dip. Hypnotherapist For many years I have been interested in how the mind works, how it functions and its thought process. The brain is a very complex tool.

Hypnotherapy is the art of harnessing the mind with suggestion. It has been practised for thousands of years and has a very positive effect and a huge success rate. Hypnotherapy can assist with unwanted behaviours and phobias. I have a passion to help people improve and enhance their daily lives. All therapies offered are completely client centred and are tailored to your personal needs. I have also trained as a Doula and have particular interest in Hypno Birthing. I am able to teach mums to be how to relax during labour, which in turn aids to a more comfortable and enjoyable birth.
