Hi my new Qigong class on Tuesday evenings is now full. Contact me if you wish to go on the waiting list. The demand is such that I will look at another slot in the week to teach the Eight Brocades Qigong set. Thanks everyone for your support

My new regular Qigong Class starts at the Venture Centre on Tuesday 9th September 6.30-7.30pm. We will be doing the Baduanin Qigong set. The set, which is also known as The Eight Brocades or The Eight Treasures, is probably the most practised set in the world so there is a lot of research on its many benefits.
The class is near full so can you confirm if you are going to attend please.

Hi in addition to teaching classes I also edit the Tai Chi Union magazine Tai Chi Internal Arts. The latest issue which is available for members is just out.
The annual membership fee is £35 a year for which you get three magazines a year, a T-shirt and many more benefits

Qigong comes to Lawford. I am going to be teaching the celebrated Eight Brocades Qigong set starting with two taster classes on Tuesday 22nd and Tuesday 29th July 6.30-7.30pm at the Venture Centre Lawford. The set also called Ba Duan Jin is probably the most practised of all the Qigong sets come along and find out why.
