Sometimes the healer needs to become the one who heals.
I stepped away from this space after losing my dad — a loss that invited me into deep reflection, rest, and personal healing.
There are seasons in life when we are called to be still… not to disappear, but to transform.
This time has expanded my heart, deepened my understanding of grief, and strengthened the way I hold space for others.
I’m returning with even more compassion, presence, and gratitude.
If you are walking through loss, change, or quiet transformation — know that you are not alone.
I’m back, and it feels like coming home 🤍✨
