A 6 week course beginning next week.
A floor based practice, where you tend to hold the shapes for longer (around 5 minutes).
You’ll be encouraged to find the balance between effort and ease in the poses, with a mild to moderate load on the muscles - enough to gently stress the connective tissues without creating too much strain - so you can soften and release.
