SPRING WORKSHOP - Inversions for joy not for insta!
Maybe you’ll want to post to your grid, but this workshop is not about typical Instagram-able arm balances and inversions. A new approach workshop that dedicates two hours to discovering how to make the transition into inversions in an accessible, body positive way.
Learn ways (but not necessarily the full pose)into: shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and maybe even a restorative supported headstand (Salamba Sirsasana).
This workshop will be a relaxed and supportive environment - with the focus on joy, exploration and how to, even if the ‘full extent’ of the pose is not achieved on the day. With lots of other more digestable options offered throughout.
It will be about the journey, being playful and discovering how to prepare and how to make your way in (and out) safely.
Inversions can be contraindicated for some conditions so please read the booking info or check with us before booking if you have any questions or concerns.
