Repairs to my treatment room entrance, and hopefully a realigned door that will be easier to open and close (so I don't have to use my body weight to open it!!).

Happy Birthday to me 🎁
Much excitement as I receive my lovely new magnesium butter produced just down the road by Amy - who has put her love and wisdom into producing such a superior product that is just the best magnesium butter (I love it!!). Organic and with a decent level of magnesium.
I will look forward to my wind down routine of a foot rub when I apply it😁👣

My little helper was very keen to see what was inside, and most likely be just as keen to see if he can eat it (or the packaging!!) 🐶😂

Valentines Day is approaching 💕

I'm feeling poorly 🤒
I have a cold, but it's the first in a while (I managed to get through the whole of the Christmas period without succumbing, so I guess I am due a bout!!). I blame Young Voices 😄 but to see my little boy dancing the night away was so worth it 🥰
Apologies to any clients that I have had to reschedule, but hopefully I'll be back up and running again soon with a boosted immune system.
