Grounded Goddess

I’ve lived an embodied life for many years — healing and transforming my health over two decades ago by reconnecting to what I was eating and listening deeply to my body’s wisdom. That healing came through the curative power of nature: nourishing food, dance, yoga, plant medicines, breathwork, and meditation. Life isn’t always easy — and often, it’s the mind that gets in the way. Through food, movement, and creative expression, I create safe, welcoming spaces where we can honour all that we are — our joy and sorrow, hope and hopelessness, dreams and disappointments. Whether through dance, yoga, song, or stillness, my work is about reconnecting you to your aliveness — that juicy, deep, rich knowing that lives in the body. Feeling fully expressed and alive is not a luxury — it’s something to be celebrated and welcomed. I also craft holistic superfood-rich, raw cacao chocolate snacks and offer nutritional guidance, workshops, and one-to-one consultations to support others in thriving through food and self-care. Creating vibrant, nourishing meals — free from gluten, dairy, and refined sugar — is one of my great loves. These meals are perfect for yoga retreats, weddings, and events where wholesome, feel-good food truly matters. Life is never dull with a goddess’s heart at the centre of it all.
