Anyone else feeling the aftermath of Easter? đ
The bank holiday is over⌠routines are a bit off⌠the house might feel a little chaotic⌠and if the kids are still off school, it can feel like a lot.
After all the family time, noise, and busyness, itâs really normal to feel a bit drained.
You might notice:
â Youâre more irritable than usual
â You feel emotionally tired
â Youâre craving quiet or space
â Everything feels a bit overwhelming
That doesnât mean youâve done anything wrong⌠it just means your system needs a moment to reset đ¤
So today (and the rest of the holidays), go gently:
Take small pockets of quiet where you can
Lower the expectations a little
Let things be a bit âgood enoughâ
Step outside for some air if it all feels too much
And keep checking in with yourselfâŚ
âWhat do I need right now?â
You donât have to bounce back instantly just because the long weekend is over.
Itâs okay to take your time finding your rhythm again đ
