Meet Hayley – Our Deputy Manager!

Hayley has been with us for just over a year, and from the moment she joined, she’s been a key part of our team. Dentistry wasn’t originally on her radar, but after being headhunted into the role, she quickly found her feet—and we’re so glad she did! Hayley brings an incredible blend of organisation, creativity, and warmth to the practice every single day.

Outside of work, family means everything to Hayley. She treasures time spent with her loved ones, especially her beautiful daughter, Heidi, who is her greatest joy. When she’s not with family, you’ll likely find Hayley shopping or browsing garden centres—she has a real love for plants and is always adding a new one to her ever-growing collection 🌿.

Fun fact: as confident and capable as she is now, Hayley has been terrified of E.T. since she was a little girl!

We’re so lucky to have Hayley as part of our leadership team. Her positivity, dedication, and passion for her role brighten our days, and we couldn’t imagine the practice without her!

Say hello to Gail, our incredible Head Receptionist, who’s been with the practice for an amazing 29 years. She joined us looking for a change from her previous roles in factory work and cleaning… and never looked back. Nearly three decades later, she’s still here, still smiling, and still loving it.

Gail is not just the first friendly face our patients see—she’s the heart of our front desk. Kind, caring, and always ready with a warm welcome, she brings calm, humour, and genuine warmth to every day.

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly, Gail’s likely out shopping, tending to her garden, diving into a DIY project, or binge-watching her latest Netflix obsession. But her favourite role of all? Being a proud grandma.

Now for the fun part… Did you know Gail is fascinated by the afterlife? She’s a big fan of ghost hunts and firmly believes aliens are already living among us. But whatever you do, don’t mention frogs or wooden lollipop sticks—those are her absolute worst. Her ultimate nightmare? A frog eating an ice lolly.

There’s truly never a dull moment with Gail around—and we honestly wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’re not your typical Dentist...with our unique culture and ethos, along with our patient centered care, we really offer a different type of dental experience!

Coming to our practice is like coming to see an old friend. We love to make our patients feel welcome and relaxed. We understand that coming to see the Dentist isn’t always the most enjoyable experience for everyone, but we like to throw that theory out of the window and help you to relax and have a pleasurable experience.

Our team of dedicated professionals are focused on ensuring our patients receive the top quality dental care. We involve our patients every step of the way, and we’ll take the time to explain what the treatment options are so you’re able to make the decision that best suits you.

The practice has been on Leicester Street since 1929 and In 2006 Dr Hani Mostafa and Dr Farimah (Rima) Hassan joined the practice as partners, along with Dr Nigel Manley. In 2016 Hani & Rima took over the practice and Nigel happily stayed with us as an Associate Dentist.
