It’s often a big shock to discover that one of the symptoms of peri menopause is dryness and irritation in your intimate areas 😩

If you’ve never experienced this symptom before, it’s also a shock how much of an impact it can have on your life; leading to itching, pain and a susceptibility to infection if allowed to continue.

Estrogen is the main element keeping that area healthy.

Estrogen also helps in the production of the good bacteria needed to stop those annoying infections we can get when things are a bit out of kilter. (Thrush being the biggest offender)
