Hi all..
I thought I’d share some amazing results of a Reflexology treatment I did on Tuesday

I had a lovely lady come in who had had an emergency hysterectomy several weeks earlier.
She was clearly in quite a lot of pain, she had had several layers of complicated stitching done, and moved round very gingerly to get comfortable on the couch.
She said she felt uncomfortable, unbalanced, stiff and in pain and was hoping I could help her feel a bit better, and help her detox from the huge amount of anesthetic and painkillers she’d had.
(She’d had Reflexology before occasionally, though not with me).
About 20 mins into the treatment she commented that she could ‘feel’ things moving around in her abdomen ‘energy like my organs are moving back into place’..(the surgeon had said her organs would settle over time, as she had a lot of her abdominal organs moved around during the surgery).

Then a little later she looked up, after dozing for a while and said ‘wow, I can’t believe this ..I’m not in any pain anymore!’ ( in her abdomen).
And by the end of the treatment her stiff, back/ head / shoulders/ neck and jaw also felt much better, and her sluggish lymphatic circulation had much improved as well, helping the detoxification/ elimination process...and she walked out of the room feeling way better and much happier than when she’d walked in..how amazing is that!🙌♥️👣

My week began with a Bowen treatment for a lady with a painful and restricted shoulder, bought on by doing Archery🏹.
She had her first treatment last week and this week she came back saying how much better she felt already, no pain in her shoulders, and an improved range of movement, with just a little stiffness remaining in her neck, which was resolved by her treatment today.
She said she couldn’t believe how amazing she felt already!.. And was already back enjoying her Archery pain free!

She also mentioned how calm she had been feeling since her treatment, which is another great effect of Bowen!🙌🥰

🤧She’d had very blocked sinuses, headache and felt very drained and tired after a virus/ cold, and had difficulty breathing, after a Reflexology treatment and the Bowen TMJ move to help drain and clear her sinuses and drain the lymphatics in her head and neck, she immediately felt much better!..yay!🙌

Surrey Equine Bowen - Kim Garland Human & Equine Bowen Practitioner

I was lucky enough to be asked to treat this gorgeous Hanoverian girlie😍.. who lives on a dairy farm with her zip tie loving collie friend!🥰

🐴Today was her second treatment for a stiff/ sore shoulder, which had set up all sorts of compensatory tension patterns and musculoskeletal tightness throughout her body.
🐴She has responded very well, and this time has really started to relax, stretch into and process during her treatment. She was also much calmer this time, which great side effect of Bowen!
🐴And I’m looking forward to seeing her again next week!🙌🙂

Surrey Equine Bowen - Kim Garland Human & Equine Bowen Practitioner

🐴I had the pleasure of treating this beautiful 5yr old thoroughbred mare today, when I met her in September she was finding it difficult bending / flexing and being ridden into a contact.

🐴The muscles in her quarters on the R side were v tight and sensitive especially round the R hip and between her hip and sacral area, and across her glutes towards and including her tail, and she was generally stiff and tense throughout most of her body.
🐴She could also be v grumpy and mareish at times, and was very defensive when I first began treating her.

🐴Well today she’s like a different horse!moving freely enjoying her work, and her mood has totally changed she’s calm,happy, and ears forward!

🐴Bowen never ceases to amaze me, how it not only effectively treats musculoskeletal tension and alignment issues, it also has the power to rebalance hormones (both reproductive and stress!) 🙌🥰🐴

How amazing is that!
