This past week I’ve treated a variety of conditions with both Bowen and Reflexology..

Had a fantastic day yesterday with some of the amazing W2W team 🙌♥️..doing an in house treatment day ..treating lots lovely people with Bowen and Reflexology, alongside my fellow therapists doing lots of other fabulous therapies for people to experience..including an amazing Gong bath…and hyperbaric and red light therapy!
Oh and lots of lovely food..😍♥️

Happy Monday all..
I’m Kim,
Human and Equine Bowen Practitioner and Reflexologist..

Bowen has helped this past week..
🙌A lady with arthritis in her knees and hips, improving her posture, range of movement and pain and swelling in the affected joints.
🙌And a man with a mystery pain in his lower lumbar spine, that nothing else has touched so far, on treating, he reported the release in tension in the surrounding tissues has certainly helped, and the pain has lessened🤞..he will coming back this week.
🙌It has also helped with a tight misaligned jaw..and a third treatment on a frozen shoulder, both felt a marked improvements and are doing well✅

I’ve also been doing lots of stress busting..calming and relaxing treatments with the Reflexology!👣💪♥️

Hi…I’m Kim, Human and Equine Bowen Practitioner and Reflexologist..

I hope you’re all having a fabulous Monday🥰

👣This last week I’ve treated a lady with reflexology who has extreme stress and anxiety, who after one treatment said she’d hadn’t felt this relaxed in a very long time, feeling very relieved, then she went on to have a great nights sleep, she will be back this week for her 2nd treatment.

🙌I also treated a lady with Bowen that has MS, who was feeling very tight, stiff, off balance and out of sorts, it turned out her pelvis was unlevel, which released and straightened up nicely, I also treated her head, neck and TMJ joint as what ever the pelvis is doing most often the jaw will follow!..and sure enough TMJ joint was higher one side than the other, reflecting her pelvis.
This lady has Bowen regularly as it very effectively keeps her in balance and feeling well.

🐴I also had a regular equine client with a tight sacral joint..which on treating released the sacrum and the TMJ joint simultaneously!.. triggering lots of stretching and yawning!..and deep relaxation.

This is one of my lovely equine clients enjoying her Bowen treatment this week, during which she did a huge amount of release, realignment and balancing esp through her intermittently stiff/ restricted right hind quarters / hip / sacral area.. this often in turn shows a release through the whole top line spine/ neck / head and jaw.

If there’s an obvious problem in one area of the body, it often has a far reaching affect on the rest of the body.and mind, during her treatment she’s also whole lot calmer than when I first met her..and completely zones out and does a huge amount of processing and relaxation, soo nice to see!🙌🥱♥️🔥🐴
