I really don’t like this pose and felt like I was struggling with it in front of all the amazing practitioners at the last month. However in the picture I was surprised at how calm and relaxed I looked! I know i was working extremely hard, so maybe my practice is paying off!
Really looking forward to running my yoga retreat this weekend in the new forest with the amazing food from , and hope that I come across all relaxed even if I’m slightly overwhelmed!!

My names Emily and I teach yoga classes in Ashtead, Surrey. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of my students that have returned for another year of strengthening, stretching, breathing and resting, and to let you know I still have a few spaces left in my timetable.
