Hello and welcome to my page 👋
For anyone who doesn’t already know me my name is Nikki, I am the wife of Craig Bailey from Lechlade motor company a family run business in the heart of Lechlade that has been going since 1985.

I have been self employed for 2 years now which has meant I am able to continue to do the job that I love and have precious time with our two young daughters.

I have worked in the care sector since 2009 and experienced care from working as a carer in the community up to management roles where I have managed a team of carers to provide 700+ hrs of care per week across west Oxfordshire.

My real passion has always been providing care on a personal level in my local community. I love to meet new people and learn about individuals lives and the stories they have to tell.

But that doesn’t mean it’s not difficult and sometimes you need to take care of yourself so that you can continue to care for your loved ones.

💕Wow this month I’ll have been self employed for 2yrs doing the job that I love and I am so grateful 💕

In the last couple of years i have been fortunate enough to have cared for 13 people, as care needs are always changing some have moved to care homes, others decided to get live in cares, a couple regained their independence after recovering from a procedure and no longer required my assistance and some I still visit occasionally when family are on holiday.

I currently have 6 wonderful clients, 2 of which have been with me from the beginning!

My clients all have very different needs.

💕I help with everyday tasks that helps them maintain independence at home.

💕I descreetly help with all aspects of continence care in the comfort of home or on the go when on outings in the community.

💕I assist with baths/showers, domestic duties such as home cooked meals, bed changing and other household duties.

💕We go on accompanied outings to garden centres, tenpin bowling, farms, supermarkets, cafes and pub lunches.

💕I provide respite care so family cares get a break and an opportunity to recharge their batteries.

💕I take customers to medical appointments.

💕I do adhoc visits to give family member peace of mind that their loved ones are cared for when they go on holiday.

Bibiry trout farm was a real hit for an outing today from feeding the fish as they lept out of the water, ducks eating out of our hands and lunch under the most beautifully designed parasol. 💕 A lovely day interacting with nature, good for the soul ☺️
