🎄Festive Season – Timetable Update 🎅

“A gentle note to keep you informed about my yoga timetable and treatments this holiday season.”

All public group yoga classes are now pausing for the festive break and will restart from Monday, 5th January.

During this time, my massage treatments and private yoga sessions remain available — with the exception of 24th December to 2nd January, when I’ll also be taking a short rest.

I offer heartfelt thanks to everyone who has joined the group classes this year and I look forward to welcoming you back in the new year. 🧘‍♀️🧘

Homemade Goodness for a Good Cause

I’d love to shine a light on the incredible jams, jellies, and chutneys lovingly crafted by my friends at Methodist Chapel,Kingsland Lesley Pitchford and Rebecca Snelling . These lovely ladies volunteer their time, energy, and culinary talents to transform donated or locally sourced fruit and veg into truly delicious preserves — all homemade and high quality.

🍓 From classic jams to inventive chutneys, there’s a huge variety available at their Jam Shack just outside the Chapel in Kingsland. If you’re passing by, feel free to browse — or explore the full selection inside during one of the many regular clubs and hobby groups (including our weekly yoga classes on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings 😇).

💛 Every donation goes directly toward the upkeep of this charismatic community hub — a place that brings people together in so many meaningful ways.

A special thank you to John Middleton for his latest generous gift of homegrown quince! (A little birdie tells me it’s destined to become a batch of quince jam and chutney… and John, there’ll be a jar with your name on it.)

🧸✨ A very chilled-out bear has found its forever home in my Stretton Grandison massage room.

This gorgeous painting was created and generously gifted by Christine Anne , one of my lovely yoga clients and a truly talented artist. Her serene bear now watches over the treatment space with gentle calm, adding a touch of woodland magic and deep relaxation to the room.

🌺Schedule Update for Tuesday 30th September 🌸
