I am excited to bring my holistic therapy business to Herefordshire.
I specialise in The Bowen Technique (a fabulous gentle remedial therapy which is great for muscular skeletal problems, pain conditions, hormone balance and much more); Reflexology (deeply relaxing and stress busting); and Scar Release treatments (who’d have thought that an old appendix scar is the reason for that persistent back pain?). I have over 15 years experience as a holistic therapist, and almost 20 in the NHS. Initially I juggled building up my own business with the demands of a full time career, before quitting the NHS three years ago to concentrate on running my own business full time.
