The setting, views and proximity to nature create a calming, nurturing and relaxed place to practice yoga. Our smaller classes mean a more relaxed atmosphere and in turn a greater level of personal attention. In our classes everyone can see the teacher and the teacher can see you, instructing everyone to obtain poses correctly and safely. With th aim to increase participation in Yoga and provide our students with a safe, authentic yet challenging programmes and personal Yoga development. Rather than create an intimidating environment, instead the studio is calm and peaceful; a place where you can connect and communicate with your fellow Yogis. We emphasise the holistic benefits of Yoga, creating classes that nourish body, mind and spirit. We have developed a specialism in pregnancy and postnatal classes, taking you from bump, to birth and to baby, helping you to connect to motherhood and beyond; when you may wish to continue your yoga journey, simply as a woman. We offer gentle introductory Beginners, to help develop the basics. Gentle flow classes to create balance, by connecting the mind & body through the breath. There are also classes which will challenging you deeper as you develop your Yoga experience. All which will fulfil both mind and body. These programmes will stretch, strengthen and tone the body. Ashtanga will work the body harder to build cardiovascular performance. Vinyasa will create balance, by connecting the mind & body through the breath. Private Tuition
Ultimate Yoga experience whatever your level or personal goal. Tailored, personal programmes aimed at achieving personal goals which could be from body toning to specific injury recovery. We will spend time understanding your goal and will develop a programme of tailored classes to take you along the journey at a pace you are comfortable with. Thrill Drill Thursday - Downward Dog Leg Twist.

Do you often feel a persistent ache in your lower back or tightness in your hip after a long day?

​This gentle yet incredibly effective drill targets the deep rotators of your hips and the muscles surrounding your lumbar spine, providing a soothing release while increasing spinal mobility.

Sitting for hours or even common daily movements can cause our hips and lower back to become stiff and compressed. This twist isn't just a passive stretch; it gently decompressed your spine and encourages a healthy rotation in your torso. It’s like giving your lower back a mini-massage, helping to restore its natural alignment and reduce discomfort. Think of it as hitting the reset button for your entire core!

As you gently guide your leg to one side, feel a profound release and lengthening sensation across your lower back and outer hip. STOP ignoring that stiffness! The truth is, restricted shoulder mobility is the single biggest roadblock preventing you from deepening your backbends (like Wheel) and stabilizing your inversions (like Handstand).

This simple, accessible drill forces your shoulders to move through their full range of motion under light tension, helping to melt away tightness and improve joint health.

If you experience a "pinching" or "catching" sensation when lifting your arms overhead, your rotator cuff muscles and surrounding fascia are likely tight. Using the belt maintains the correct distance between your hands, preventing the common mistake of compensating by arching your back.
