Thrill drill Thursday - Hand, Foot and Moon.

There’s a moment in this drill where everything gets quiet. This transition — from Ardha Chandrasana into Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana is about intentionally slowing things down

And that’s when the wobble comes.

Trust in your standing leg.
Trust in your breath.
Trust when the ground feels far away.

Notice the tiny muscles waking up.

In thd Half Moon, your heart opens, your body is expansive. In Hand to Foot, everything draws in as the core hugs in.

This drill teaches you how to move between those energies without collapsing.

And if you wobble?
Good. That means you’re exploring your edge.

Balance isn’t about being still.
It’s about being responsive.

Save this. Practice it.

Thrill Drill Thursday
Ever wonder why your handstand feels so close… yet still out of reach?

This handstand push ul drill isn’t about brute strength. It’s about control and confidence upside down.

What if your handstand isn’t missing power—but precision? This drill teaches your shoulders to press, your core to lift, and your mind to trust the process.

That moment when your body realises,“Wait… I’ve got this.”Strong. Steady. Supported.Fear turns into focus.

Save this drill.
Practice it 3–5 times a week.
Slow reps. Intentional breath.
Tag me when you try it, or drop a 🤍 if handstand push-ups are on your goal list.

Still Sunday..
And yoga reminds me of this every single day.

Some days the balance is shaky.
Some days the breath feels heavy.
Some days the mind wanders far from the mat.

But none of it is wasted.

Every stretch, every pause, every moment of stillness is part of becoming — not perfect, just present.

Trust the flow.
Honour the detours.
Your journey is unfolding exactly as it should.

Thrill drill Thursday Toe to head mobility

We often move through life without noticing where movement is missing — until pain, stiffness, or limitation speaks up.

Your joints were designed to move.
Not just stretch… but glide, rotate and adapt.

When key joints lose mobility, the body doesn’t stop moving — it compensates.
And those compensations quietly show up as tight hips, aching backs, sore knees, or limited balance.

What if discomfort isn’t something to push through… but a message asking for smarter movement?

Imagine moving with ease again — getting up from the floor effortlessly, flowing through poses without resistance, feeling space where there was once tension.

This mobility drill is designed to restore movement to your joints — hips, shoulders, spine, ankles — helping your body move the way it was meant to.

Slow. Intentional. Powerful.

Save this drill
Try it before your practice or workout
And notice how your body responds

Don’t worry about others leaving you behind.
They’re not going where you are headed.

This journey isn’t about finishing first —
it’s about breathing deeply, moving mindfully,
and truly seeing life as it unfolds.

Slow down, stay present and experience life.

Your path is unfolding exactly as it should.

Shoulder Windmill

Ever notice how much you carry in your shoulders?
Stress. Responsibility. Old tension.

We hold our lives there without even realising it.

The shoulder windmill isn’t just a drill — it’s a reset.
A slow reminder that your shoulders are meant to move, not brace.

Why unlock your shoulders?
• Freer range of motion in chaturanga, downward dog, and arm balances
• Less neck pain and tension headaches
• Better posture and breath capacity
• Stronger + more stable shoulder joints
• A feeling of lightness that travels all the way down your spine

As you circle the arms, feel the difference between forcing and flowing.
Notice where your body resists… and where it finally exhales.

Try this:
Move slowly. Let the breath lead.
Imagine stirring space into the shoulder joint instead of pushing through it.

When your shoulders soften, your practice opens.

Save this, try it before your next flow, and tell me what changed?

Still Sunday

Sharing the above quote on the 10th anniversary of his passing.

Ageing is the art of becoming...

On the mat, we don’t chase who we were — we honour who we are. Each practice is a reminder that wisdom lives in experience.

With every breath, every stretch, every moment on the mat, we soften into ourselves. Yoga reminds us that growth isn’t about becoming more, but about returning — shedding expectations and old stories until only truth remains.

Age gives us the grace to arrive home.

Thrill Drill Thursday The bends.

Happy 2026!

Think about the space you don’t usually move into.
The side body often gets ignored… until it starts asking for attention.

Feel the stretch ripple from your knees, through your hips, all the way up your waistline and ribs.
As you bend and lengthen, the torso tones naturally—no force, just presence.
Tight hips soften. Breath finds new pathways. Stability meets ease.

Do this drill with intention. Kneeling side bends to create freedom. The side plank helps to build strength and confidence.
Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Let the side body wake up.

Strong doesn’t have to be stiff.
Flexible doesn’t mean weak.
This is the balance yoga teaches us—on and off the mat. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Is your daily routine leaving you feeling stuck? 🧘‍♂️✨
Static stretches aren't always enough to clear a busy mind. A Dynamic Flow session is designed to break the cycle. We combine intentional movement with high-energy sequences to help you find your "flow state"—where the noise stops and the progress begins.

Whether you’re looking to build heat, increase flexibility, or just find 60 minutes of pure focus, this is your space.
