If you are thinking about home care for yourself or loved ones, we understand each and everyone of us is individual and have unique lives, we can create a care plan that is as individual as you are. At Serenity Care we can support you with home care for Companionship, Personal Care, Dementia Care and Alzheimer’s Care as well as social visits in and out of the home, this includes supporting you with hobbies and interests, even visiting family and friends. Keeping healthy at home through good nutrition is important to everyone but even more so as we get a little older, we can help support you with preparing and cooking meals, shopping for essentials and errands, why not chat to one of our care team for more information on how we can support you at home. Medication maybe necessary as we get that little bit older and our fully trained Caregivers can support with medication, which may include administer or a gentle reminder or prompt, you can discuss your unique medication needs in confidence with our friendly team. 🌟 Meet Marshie – Fareham Branch Manager 🌟
(Yes, her full name is Marshalla… but we all call her Marshie!)

Marshie has been part of the Serenity Care family for two years, bringing her vibrant personality, care expertise, and warm leadership to the Fareham team.

💬 “I started working in care when I was 17 in a nursing home, and I had an amazing mentor who truly inspired me. That support shaped my journey in the care sector and I’ve never looked back.”

Marshie’s passion lies in making a difference, no matter how big or small. For her, every day is a chance to brighten someone’s world

✨ “No two days are the same and that’s what I love about this work. Even the hard days are worth it when you know you’ve helped someone feel seen and supported.”

🎨 Outside of work, Marshie is a creative soul! You’ll often find her face painting at children’s parties and events on weekends (how fun is that?!)
She also loves spending time with her husband, son, dog, and extended family usually dancing her heart out with a big smile and questionable moves!

🌍 Fun fact: Marshie was born on the tiny island of St. Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean the same island where Napoleon Bonaparte was exiled!

🍰 Favourite food: Cake (as long as it’s not spicy as she doesn't do spicy food!)
