Children aged 6 - 15 are permitted ONLY during designated 'Solo 60' private sauna sessions.
During Solo 60 sessions, the following rules apply:
• A responsible adult aged 18+ must be inside the sauna with the child at all times.
• Children must never be left unattended in or near sauna facilities.
• The supervising adult is fully responsible for the child’s safety, hydration, and wellbeing.
• Children must follow reduced time and temperature guidelines appropriate for minors.
• Children with heat-sensitive medical conditions must NOT use the sauna.
• Children are to be supervised if entering the sea at their own risk.
These safety measures help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Sauna Safety Guidelines for Minors
These general guidelines help ensure safe sauna use for children and teenagers. Always follow local laws, facility policies, and a paediatrician's advice for specific health concerns.
AGE RECOMMENDATIONS
- Under 6 years: Avoid high heat saunas.
- Ages 6–12: Short, supervised sessions only.
- Teens 13+: May use adult-style sessions with limits.
TEMPERATURE LIMITS
- Ages 6–12: Mild heat only (≤ 50–60°C / 122–140°F).
- Teens: Up to 70–80°C (158–176°F).
TIME LIMITS
- Ages 6–12: 5–10 minutes.
- Teens: 10–15 minutes.
SUPERVISION
- A responsible adult must always be present.
HYDRATION
- Drink water before and after sauna use.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
- Do not use sauna if ill, dehydrated, or with certain medical conditions unless cleared by a doctor.
