Claremont Care Home is a 63 bed nursing home caring for those with general nursing and dementia needs.
We have amazing links and support with the wider community.
Our activities coordinator enjoys organising parties and fetes so the community can become involved. She also has links with schools who create cards and pictures for the residents.
