Our GPhC-approved LIVVE clinic is almost here — and I still can’t quite believe it 🤍

Just three weeks ago I collected the keys to an empty unit… and today it’s become the space I’ve dreamed of for so long. A place where we can deliver expert menopause and weight-management consultations led by registered British Menopause Society (BMS) specialists, offer personalised treatments and reviews, host community events, and beautifully showcase the supplements and wellbeing solutions that support you to truly Live Your Life.

This clinic has been built with so much love, intention and care — and none of it would have been possible without the most incredible team, who worked around the clock with me to transform this space into something truly special. I couldn’t be prouder or happier.

LIVVE is about more than appointments and prescriptions — it’s about connection, education, empowerment and community, and now we finally have a home that reflects that vision.

I’m a British Menopause Society Advanced Menopause Specialist Pharmacist & proud member of the International Menopause Society 💜

👉 After 23 years working across community, hospital & GP settings, I saw the same problem again and again: women not getting the support, treatment, or answers they deserve during menopause.

It was frustrating. It was heartbreaking. And it just wasn’t good enough.

💡 So I decided to do something about it. Inspired by my two boys, my family & friends and supportive colleagues, I founded LIVVE — an accessible, affordable menopause platform designed to help women actually LIVVE their menopause symptoms, not just survive them.

I’ve walked this journey too. Experiencing perimenopause in my early 40s lit a fire in me 🔥 to raise awareness, improve care, and make menopause support truly inclusive.
