Unwind with our restorative self-care ritual:

30-mins of self care

Start with a 20-minute hot epsom salt recovery bath including calming breath work to help relax muscles and restore balance of your mind and body. This is followed by a soothing 10-minute foot massage.

90-minutes of Spa Bliss
Himalayan Salt Sauna, Aromatherapy Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Spa Pool, Fire Pit Serenity. Robe, towel and herbal tea included on arrival.
*Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your start time.
*Session may be transferred to another name though with advance notice.
*Due to the nature of this experience, only non-alcoholic drinks are available.

Begin with a restorative 75-min partner yoga session designed for deep, supported stretches and relaxation. Expect gentle, supported postures, restorative partner holds, and slow breath work that nurtures connection, gratitude and deep relaxation.

After a short break, you will return for a 60-min heart chakra opening crystal sound bath with the healing tones of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, soft drum beat in the rhythm of your heart beat. A truly special energy experience to rebalance your system. Just bliss.
