I've been meaning to make this post for a while, but there's been so much going on that I just keep forgetting. Apologies.

So, it turns out that pregnancy is really bloody hard and now I'm in the third trimester, I'm struggling.

I'm okay and baby is okay, but I've been signed off from working. This means I will be stopping hypnotherapy sessions, for both new and existing clients. I'm really sorry about this. I am happy to recommend other therapists so please contact me if you were hoping to have some sessions in the near future and I will pass on some names of fantastic therapists.

Obviously, once baby comes, I'll also be taking maternity leave. At the moment, I'm unsure of how long I'll be taking but once I know, I'll post an update.

Hello all 👋

Just a little (actually pretty big) update. Myself and are having a baby! It's very exciting, but it does mean that I'll be changing how I work.

Once baby is here, I'll obviously be going on maternity but in the lead up, I do want to start taking things a little easier.

All sessions will now only be held online and I'll be focusing more on relaxation and stress reduction sessions than my usual trauma focused work. As I spend my days working within the crisis team, it can be a lot and I need to look after myself more now for baby.

For those that have already begun working with me on other areas, that won't change and we will continue as planned. However, I will only be booking in new sessions or clients for, as mentioned, relaxation and stress reduction as these do not require extra consultations. Due to this, I am offering these sessions at a reduced price so if you are interested, please do get in touch to discuss.

Here's to a wonderful 2025!

Warmest thanks to all of my clients who have trusted me to help them make important changes in their lives.

I've had a lovely break over Christmas and I now can't wait to return back to my therapy room.

My new year offer of £50 a session is running for all of January.

I hope to welcome many new faces over the coming weeks.

Yesterday I turned 40 years old!

Years ago, the thought of turning 40 scared the hell out of me, and more recently, it filled me with a great sense of sorrow.

My dad never got to 40. He died at 39 and that’s been very much on my mind in the lead up to my birthday.

All I can say now is that reaching 40 is an absolute privilege. Getting older is a wonderful gift and I plan on enjoying every second of it.

So Happy Birthday to me 🥳
And here’s to the next 40!

And so, to ensure that the clinical Hypnotherapy that I offer remains accessible, I'm bringing the price down.

Until the end of July, I will be taking £20 off the price of a session. That means a hypnotherapy session will now be £45 (previously £65).

All sessions will be held online and appointments are available for week day evenings.

If you are a new client, a consultation is required before any hypnotherapy session, these are free and last 1hr.
