Our chiropractor Alison likes to run a bit. Here she is taking part in a 50 mile ultra marathon on Saturday.

"It was hot, hilly and long. And now my legs hurt a lot! But thanks to the family cheering squad I made it round"

Alison finished second lady in just over 13 hours

I should have been posting a picture of my matching trainer and sock combo but instead it's my war wounds!

what an event. The support in Adel, Bramhope, Otley and Headingley was phenomenal.

Proud to finish in 4hr 13min with nowhere near enough training. Lovely to get some cheers from patients as well.
