How often do you see the phrase "๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ " ?
Quite often I suspect, when it comes to looking at nutrition, fitness, and supplements.
Truth is this phrase is incorrect, and scientifaclly misleading. It is basically used for marketing purposes. Which to be fair, makes sense. Its a simple phrase that people dont need to dive deeper in to understand.
Since the Covid 19 pandemic though , boosting the immune system as somewhat become a trend.
I dont actually think its a bad thing to be more aware of our immune system, and what keeps us alive, but I do believe we should also have easy access to the correct information.
You cant actually ๐๐๐๐๐ the immune system, and to be honest, if this was an actual thing, to boost the immune system could actually be more harmful that healthy. To have an overactive immune system can be as dangerous as low immune system.
The key to a healthy immune system lies within a key network. This network lies all over the body, from skin integrity, to stomach acid production.
It is so much more than we acknowledge.
The key to a balanced immune system , to keep us healthy and well is in the daily lifestyle choices we make.
A lot of people fall ill and then start pounding the vitamins and fresh orange like this will make a difference but truth is, that doesnโt make a differnce in the present time.
Taking vitamins, eating good nutrition, daily movement, exposure to nature, good sleep, on a consistent basis is what makes the immune system its best. It is through consistent good lifestyle habits that we create that healthy immune system.
When you see products that say โimmune boostingโ keep in mind its more about incorporating that product / food / movement into daily /weekly life, rather than taking it in the hope it will act like fast acting medicine. Itโs all about creating that environment in the body, that fast acting medicine is hardly, if ever, required.
