Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes we all need a little help. This is where my services come in. As a Psychotherapist, with a variety of alternative therapies to hand, I can work with you to restore your balance and find your centre. Using various methods to both align and keep your body and spirit in balance SPArkle will teach you the skills and benefits of being present, focusing on your energy and reconnecting with yourself. Basic Overview of Treatments:

Counselling:
Qualified at level 5 in a Pluralistic Approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. My training enables me to utilise these three approaches in my therapeutic work, tailoring them to meet your needs. You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of methods and gauge which works best for you. Psychodynamic would help us delve deeper into the meaning behind your behaviour and the subconscious workings of your mind. Person Centred Therapy allows us to work on your personal growth and wellbeing and CBT can provide a range of tools that help with the adjustment of thoughts, and these can accompany you on, and after, your therapeutic journey. Hypnotherapy:
This mind-body intervention can help you break bad habits, manage stress and anxiety, and even help you achieve your weight goals. Free consultation to see if it is the right method for you. Reiki:
This complementary therapy can help promote the flow of stagnate energy that has built up through physical injuries or difficult emotions. This can help reduce any symptoms you may be experiencing and leave you feeling a sense of calm. Mindfulness:
Mindfulness can help you feel happier by bringing you into the present moment. Using a variety of techniques, stress and anxiety can be reduced and these techniques can be practiced anytime and anywhere. 🗣 Let them talk. Your peace is worth more than their opinion.

You don’t need to argue to be right.

You don’t need to defend every move you make.

Some people will misunderstand you no matter how clearly you explain yourself.

And that’s okay.

Because real peace comes when you stop needing validation from people who never supported you to begin with.

Walk away from the noise.

Focus on your growth, your goals, your peace of mind.

Silence is often louder than any comeback.

When you stop explaining yourself, you reclaim your power.

You’re not here to convince.

You’re here to evolve.

Some people thrive on deadlines and chaos—others need calm, space, and silence to do their best work.

One isn’t better than the other—they’re just different.

But we often compare ourselves to people on completely different paths, wondering why we don’t feel inspired the same way.

The truth is, pressure might bring out the best in some, but it can break others down.

What matters most is knowing yourself—understanding when to push and when to pause.

Growth isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Some bloom in storms. Others bloom in stillness.
