Sitting in meditation conversation with my higher self

My higher self = (HS)
ME = (ME)

HS "Why are you so scared to be blunt to ask for what you want Joy?"
ME ' I don't know?' not deserving, not worthy
HS "You go around and around, thinking people can read your mind, waiting and sending emails"- Just Ask...
"It's okay nobody will judge you reject you. It might not be the process you have planned or expect ( no control). You will get the outcome in a roundabout way. Remember your dog barks and claws at you to communicate what she wants".
ME " Should I start barking"
HS "No, but asking what you want will make life easier. How can I show you the way? Direct and guide you.. if you don't know what you want?"
