I won’t lie , 2025 has been a difficult year for me personally but also it’s seen me realise that this is where my heart truly is .. in my therapy business, helping and supporting women through complimentary therapy.
I am so grateful for each and every one of you 🙏

Breaking news!!! 🚨‼️🔔
I will be extending my days to Mondays , Tuesdays and Wednesdays.. ( I may have to occasionally swap my treatment days but hopefully you will get plenty of notice!) This is new year ahead is going to be a very positive and exciting year .. it’s the year of the Horse , strong and powerful and full of strength. It’s also a number 1 year in numerology signifying new beginnings 🙂

Over the festive season we know some families and individuals will be looking for answers in their journey to become pregnant.

For that reason, today we are answering the question; "Does Reproflexology™ really work?"

In a study we conducted, 68% of individuals conceived whilst under the care of our reproductive reflexologists.

180 clients were in the study, 122 conceived whilst receiving reflexology, 100 conceived naturally, and a further 22 were being supported during IVF.

❄️The Winter Solstice symbolizes rebirth, renewal, and the triumph of light over darkness, marking the shortest day as the turning point before days begin to lengthen again, inspiring themes of hope, new beginnings, the dormant power within the dark, and the cyclical return of life, celebrated globally with fire, evergreens, feasting, and rituals honoring the sun’s rebirth.

🎄In modern day living its the Christmas season where everyone rushes around .. shopping , partying… cleaning , putting the decorations up , stressing over the food and buying presents and generally sending stress levels skyrocketing !

🌿In nature .. everything slows down . The leaves die away and go into the ground , animals hibernate and go underground.

We need to mirror nature and slow right down . Nurturing our minds & bodies with peace and quiet time to re charge , re set , ready for spring 🌷

🤧😷I have been hit with this awful flu virus and haven’t been able to function, let alone work . I have not listened to my body when it’s whispered to me .. prodded and poked me to stop , slow down and just rest … so it’s done it for me . I am on my convalescing phase .. just taking things very slowly and nurturing my body with rest and good food so it can heal and get back to normal.
I will be paying much more attention to my body from now on !!

So … I’ve been very quiet on here these last few weeks as I’ve been struck down with this awful flu! I have not felt so poorly and so exhausted in a very long time!
I think this my body telling me to slow down and it just highlights the fact that
We are not machines.
We were never meant to run endlessly without pause.

When we don’t slow down, the body keeps the score.
Trauma, grief, and unprocessed emotions don’t disappear—they settle into our nervous system, our muscles, our breath, our sleep. They show up as fatigue, pain, anxiety, burnout, and illness when they are ignored.

Listening to your body isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom.
Rest isn’t something you earn; it’s something you need.

Self-care isn’t a luxury or a once-in-a-while treat. It’s a daily practice of checking in, softening, breathing, and honoring your limits.

Slow down.
Your body has been speaking to you all along.
